My name is Lina Shim or as I’m known in the esports and gaming industry, perchance! I’m a Media Communications graduate and have been involved in esports for 7+ years.

I’ve been fortunate to do a little bit of everything because of my own curiosity and the amazing people willing to teach me and give me a chance. I have worked in team management, tournament operations and production as my main areas of esports but more recently I’ve been able to dive into social media marketing and content as well (18 year old me in my first film class is very happy to be doing some creative work again).

I would say my personal pillars are open communication, creative solutions and always being willing to learn. My passion and organization as well as my pillars are key areas that have pushed me to be the person I am today. I always strive for quality in every project, team and experience I am apart of.
